I bought the Galucci cutting board as a gift for my my wife as we upgrade our kitchen to a more natural style and get rid of all the plastic. I did quite a bit of research and decided that Eagle Creek's products were the best. We like to deal with quality small businesses, whether local or national. I had the occasion to speak to Jim, one of the owners, and was only more "sold" on his products after the phone call. The board arrived and we use it regularly. It's great - everything we wanted. It's stored on our counter and I enjoy its ambiance every day. To any reader of this review, if you need a cutting board, don't look any further than Eagle Creek!
