I did a lot of research when trying to find an alternative to traditional plastic boards, and Eaglecreek did not disappoint. Their boards are quality, and so far have been holding up well.

The coconut oil really revives the board after a good cleaning!
Admittedly, the directions in the care kit and on the website didn't really explain the purpose of the oil/beeswax blend - it looks like great stuff, but I don't understand when I'm supposed to use that over just the coconut oil. Either way, both products will help keep your board looking majestic and keep the wood healthy.
The board is gorgeous. It's hefty and robust, yet elegant, and makes not only for an excellent functional cutting board, but also serves as a great decoration in my kitchen when not in use.
The customer service was well above and beyond, and the board was also really well padded for shipping.
I purchased this board as a Christmas gift for a friend. My plan is to season it several times and finish it with layers of wood conditioner.

I had the occasion to speak to Jim, one of the owners, and was only more "sold" on his products after the phone call. The board arrived and we use it regularly. It's great - everything we wanted. If you want a cutting board that is all natural. All solid. So no poisonous glues used to piece it together, this is the one. I'm going as natural as I can for my family, and this was a perfect addition to keep my food uncontaminated! Definitely recommend!
