I did a lot of research when trying to find an alternative to traditional plastic boards, and Eaglecreek did not disappoint. Their boards are quality, and so far have been holding up well.
FedEx messed up with the shipping, but the team at Eaglecreek went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Exceptional!
The coconut oil really revives the board after a good cleaning!
Admittedly, the directions in the care kit and on the website didn't really explain the purpose of the oil/beeswax blend - it looks like great stuff, but I don't understand when I'm supposed to use that over just the coconut oil. Either way, both products will help keep your board looking majestic and keep the wood healthy.
The board is gorgeous. It's hefty and robust, yet elegant, and makes not only for an excellent functional cutting board, but also serves as a great decoration in my kitchen when not in use.
The customer service was well above and beyond, and the board was also really well padded for shipping.
I purchased this board as a Christmas gift for a friend. My plan is to season it several times and finish it with layers of wood conditioner.

I bought the Galucci cutting board as a gift for my my wife as we upgrade our kitchen to a more natural style and get rid of all the plastic. I did quite a bit of research and decided that Eagle Creek's products were the best. We like to deal with quality small businesses, whether local or national. I had the occasion to speak to Jim, one of the owners, and was only more "sold" on his products after the phone call. The board arrived and we use it regularly. It's great - everything we wanted. If you want a cutting board that is all natural. All solid. So no poisonous glues used to piece it together, this is the one. I'm going as natural as I can for my family, and this was a perfect addition to keep my food uncontaminated! Definitely recommend!

I've used this board to cook at least 2 meals a day for a few years now. It looks as good as the day we got it. I order these as presents now because everyone comments on how great it looks when they come to our house. Only drawback is that you'll want to invest in a sharpening stone for your knives. With that being said I'll probably ask Eagle to make me a countertop out of the same material whenever it's time to fix up our kitchen.

The raw wood board is beautiful. It requires quite a bit of work initially (~2 months) to keep it from drying out and retain a smooth surface. However once the wood saturates it should last for a very long time with minimal care.
This was a gift for a family member and it looked good in the picture but it was so much more in person. The beauty of the wood really stood out in the cutting board pattern!
