WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
Most orders leave our barn within 1-2 days after receipt of payment unless otherwise noted. We are able to process rush requests. Due to the handmade craftsmanship of some products, custom orders will ship once complete. (2-3 weeks)
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In most instances, we are shipping from our location in Ohio, US.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Eaglecreek cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Most items shipped within US will arrive within 5-7 business days. International products may take up to 24 days to arrive.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Everything is shipped from our barn located in northeast Ohio.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?
Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.

We develop our prices based on in-depth competitor analysis.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service via our Contact Us page.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
It will take between 5 to 7 days if you live in the United States.
WHAT DOES "OUT OF STOCK" MEAN?
"Out Of Stock" – The stock is sold out and currently there is no stock available.
I CAN’T FIND A PRODUCT ON YOUR WEBSITE ANYMORE IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?
If an item is no longer listed it is likely it has been discontinued, however if you really liked something and you can’t find it anymore please contact us via our Contact Us page.

ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Possible reasons:
Often orders are Split-Shipped
Ordered from different warehouses: If you ordered from 2 different warehouses the order will have multiple shipments.
Eaglecreek made a mistake: On rare occasions an item maybe missed during packaging.
Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.
If you have checked, there is still something missing. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to our Customer Service via our Contact Us page, including your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact our customer service via our Contact Us page or send an email to boardsupport@eaglecreekboards.com with your return request.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM.
- Please contact us by providing the order number and the details you received.
- Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
- Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will either refund you or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Eaglecreek will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee once when we receive it.
AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
If your item was damaged during shipping you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please send a photo of the damaged product to boardsupport@eaglecreekboards.com with your name and order number.
