I bought the Galucci cutting board as a gift for my my wife as we upgrade our kitchen to a more natural style and get rid of all the plastic. I had the occasion to speak to Jim, one of the owners, and was only more "sold" on his products after the phone call. The board arrived and we use it regularly. It's great - everything we wanted.
